Documented AWC company work
One patch, with the surrounding wall kept in view
A documented AWC repair in South Park showing a measured wall opening, the existing wood lath, and the completed unpainted texture patch.

This small repair had a clear boundary: remove failed material within the approved area, rebuild the patch flush with the wall, and blend the texture as closely as practical. The surrounding stucco was older and already showed other cracking and deterioration, so the completed scope stayed separate from the rest of the house.
The repair boundary came first
AWC documented a localized exterior repair of about 3 feet by 4 feet. The opening-stage photographs show the limited area, exposed wood lath, surrounding finish, and field measurements.
Those photographs support the size and stage of the work. They do not establish why the original material failed or the condition of every concealed wall component outside the opening.
The patch was rebuilt and textured
The job record says loose and failed material was removed, sound edges were prepared, compatible exterior repair materials were applied, and the patch was brought flush with the surrounding wall. Finish material was then textured and feathered into the existing surface as closely as practical.
The completion photograph shows the repaired area below the window after texture work. No primer, paint, color coat, or complete-wall refinishing was included.
Older finish conditions remained visible
The surrounding house had aged stucco, cracking, deterioration, and visibly deteriorated windows outside this repair. Those conditions were not folded into a small patch without a separate approved scope.
New repair material can dry and weather differently from an older coated wall. Texture blending can reduce the transition, but a localized unpainted patch should not be presented as an invisible color match.
Water-source questions need their own answer
The completed patch did not include leak investigation, window repair or replacement, interior work, mold work, framing, sheathing, engineering, or repairs elsewhere on the house.
When moisture is suspected at another property, the source and any connected window, roof, flashing, plumbing, or drainage work need to be defined before wall closure. A surface patch alone does not prove the source was corrected.
